The upholstery, boat heater, and some of the navigation lights have been renewed since then

This boat has been surveyed within the last 10 years (2022) and can therefore get fully comprehensive (Includes wreck removal) insurance. This is becoming an increasingly common requirement in UK harbours (Third Party insurance seldom, if ever includes wreck removal)

From my recent inspection of the above vessel, in comparison with similar vessels currently for sale I would estimate the value of “Hirta”, to be in the region of £26,000 to £28,000 (twenty six to twenty eight thousand pounds) in current open market conditions between willing buyer and seller.£
