Driven by the wind, powered by the sun, steered by the wind. Sail now

“Hirta” is fitted (2024)  with a Chinese Eberspacker diesel heater clone.

This heater is fueled from a dedicated 10 litre diesel tank.

The heater can be operated with a remote

The heater is in the midships hanging locker opposite the head

It is fitted with a “silent” (but not quite) dose pump

There is a 12 volt fuel transfer pump to fill this tank

The heater exhausts through the cabin top with a special rain stop cover
